Hello, we're Team Visible - a highly strategic, expertly systemised digital marketing agency in Perth.

For years we’ve served small to medium sized businesses across Australia and the world dedicated to becoming more visible online - making the most of our skills in social media, copywriting, content creation and digital ads to get “wow” worthy results.

We’re constantly evolving the way we do things and actively listening to small business owners across a huge range of industries to better understand the struggles they face every day. 

Turns out one of the biggest marketing challenges for business owners is actually the one thing that’s meant to help them…. agencies (go figure!).  

There is a certain resistance when it comes to working with agencies. And while we 100% believe in the services we deliver over at our agency, we get that they just don’t make sense for some small businesses. Retainers are pricey and your budgets often don’t stretch enough to hire an agency that can truly deliver the service quality you need.

So we thought, why not take the retainers and contracts out of the equation. And so, the Content Shop was born.

We always know how to find the perfect words and craft ads that your audience just can’t scroll past. Let us worry about the content, you just upload it and go. No ongoing fees, no pressure, just the bits you need to start becoming more visible online.

The questions on everyone’s mind!

After filling in and submitting the creative brief, you will get your copy within 3-5 business days.

You will fill in and submit a creative brief to tell us what we need to know. If everything is clear, we start writing. If we have any questions, we’ll contact you. 

The creative brief is meant to give us the information we need to create the right ad for you. This includes ad length, style, objectives and other details, such as the link to the ad’s landing page or additional notes you might want to add.

For minor edits like replacing a word or two, we recommend you apply the changes yourself when you copy and paste the copy into the respective platform. 

If you would like a rewrite, please get in touch with our team. We offer a single rewrite at no charge. The same delivery time applies as for a regular order.

No, we don’t. Once we deliver the ads to you, it’s up to you to create a campaign in Ads Manager. You will need to understand the basics of Facebook Ads (Campaign Objective, Targeting, Budget etc.) in order to successfully run an ad.

We know how to craft words that sell. However, as stated in our Terms of Service, we can't guarantee ad performance. That’s because it relies on so many variables out of our control, such as: budget, creative, targeting, type of campaign etc. 

We’ve written copy for nearly any niche out there, but there is one thing to keep in mind: if Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram won’t let you advertise, we can’t help you with ad copy. There are certain industries that won’t be able to use our ad copy services, but we’re still happy to help with your social posts.

Our regular products only include copy but if you need imagery, we can definitely help! Just add-on creative to any of our products and pay the additional fee when you checkout.

Our ad copy is designed to get approved. We don’t use terms that have been red-flagged by social platforms. 

If your ad gets rejected but you think you’re in compliance with the Terms of Service, you can ask for a human to review your ad. 

One thing to double check before asking for human review is your landing page. If it’s not compliant with Facebook’s ToS, your ad will get rejected.
