What to expect when you work with the Visible Content Shop.

Visible’s Satisfaction Guarantee (redrafting)

The Guarantee means that if you’re not 100% satisfied with the quality or context of your content, Visible agrees to redraft it to ensure full satisfaction.

Simply contact the team within 5 business days of delivery and we will replace it for free before your content is shared live on any platform. For small changes like word replacements (e.g. Shop vs. Buy, or Get vs. Download), we recommend that you or your team make those changes yourselves when putting the copy into the platform of choice.

Note: the satisfaction guarantee doesn’t cover ad or content performance (see details below) or requests that change the scope of the original creative brief (like a change in style, objective, or target audience). 

Visible unfortunately can not guarantee ad approvals, and this is why

Ad approvals across the digital platforms depend on a variety of factors such as content including copy, imagery and video selection or landing page destination and design. Also, factors like having a history with a large number of prior rejections will trigger a red flag associated with the ad account, which can further contribute to ad rejection.

Visible unfortunately cannot guarantee digital ad approval due to these variables.

Visible unfortunately can not guarantee ad performance, and this is why

Ad content and copy is important for performance, but there are other variables that are equally and sometimes more important, over which Visible has no control. Ad performance depends on a variety of factors, such as:

  • Audience Targeting
  • Size of Audience
  • Campaign Budget
  • Ad Offer
  • Etc

If any of the above are inadequate, they can greatly impact ad performance.

Visible unfortunately cannot guarantee digital ad performance due to these variables.

Subscription Plans - No Minimum, No Commitment.

There is no minimum commitment for new monthly plans and they will rollover month on month for you until cancellation or downgraded. That means you can start a monthly plan at any time and cancel their plan anytime.

Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current month/term. If you’d like to cancel your plan, contact our team and let us know as soon as possible to avoid automatic rollover into the next monthly billing cycle.

To ensure you’re not charged for your next month of service, please contact our team at least two business days before your next billing date. Refunds are not offered for clients who fail to request a cancellation before their charge is processed.

Cancellations made/requested mid-month/term will be effective at month/term-end. Different Plans may have different terms/conditions as will be stated in the respective Plan Agreements.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Standard monthly plan subscribers can change their level of service to meet their current content needs. Whenever possible, plan changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. If you wish to change your level of service for your next billing cycle, please contact our team at least two business days before your next payment is scheduled. Refunds are not offered for clients who fail to request a downgrade prior to their plan charge processing. We will set your plan to downgrade at the next cycle renewal date.
